Truliant Federal Credit Union has been my Credit Union for 4 months now, they are polite, understanding, and have very nice employees.

Been a member since 1986. There have been a few minor problems and one major problem over the years. However, management made everything right. Much better service and more personal than a bank. I have had a line of credit and financed at least five or six cars, over the years. Always a quick and easy process. Thanks Truliant.

Every time I come here they are always sweet! Today I came by and Chris was such a nice and understanding man! Great customer service.

We had an ownership / custodial issue with one of our children's accounts not populating on our online banking or the app. We had tried other branches and even called the corporate office. I was in the area and stopped in at he Friendly Avenue branch. Sandy and Robbie took the time to investigate the issue thoroughly and were able to fix it! They even insisted on making sure that everything was working correctly online and through the app before I left. Great customer service! Very excited to hear that this branch and their team will be moving to the Green Valley area near my office.

When I was approved on this loan it was in June. The person who did this loan told me it was nothing else to do you are all good to go I get a call almost two months later saying from Santander I was up for repossessed not to mention that it went on my credit report and when I call truliant about this situation the person who I spoke with told me it was my fault I should have kept up with it. Now here we are once again in December with problem so after y’all put an extra 1,300 on my loan for something that wasn’t my fault after paying my car note for these couple of months truliant doesn’t have the title to the car anyone could have had that title. Now truliant is calling me to help you guys with y’all mess ups but what have y’all done for me but put more stress and more debt on me. I took time out to find out about what happened something that’s not my job to do. And this right here is unacceptable something needs to be done about this

The most incompetent handling of a land loan ever! No one would speak to me directly regarding an issue during a transaction involving them acting as a lender.

Worst branch to do business with. The old manager was really good at keeping everything running smooth. Ever since they changed their management, and this branch been chaotic and a complete mess…

the worst. They do not take care of their members. they make things extremely difficult. i have tried to make a vehicle payment. they wont allow that to happen. took away online payments and told me to drive three hours to a branch to make a payment. i will never do business with them again.

I went to them about 2 years ago and needed advice on applying for my first home, the associate couldn't give me any info.It was a bunch of if's and maybes.A couple of days ago my daughter's account got hacked and truliant did NOT catch it ,we notified and confronted them and they replied....we'll note it to the account. They need to do better.

They provide awesome service in addition to free personal and business checking accounts.
