Long wait and really difficult to get a loan even when you’ve been with them for years. They will deny a charge for 2 cents and charge $29 with over draft protection. Neither tellers nor bank officers are friendly other than one gentleman I had the pleasure of working with a couple of years ago. The woman I met with was terrible, mean and difficult. Tellers and staff are much friendlier at Mallard Creek location without the long lines. The female manager is terrific along with the tellers!

Kinda short staffed since COVID hit but overall I haven't had many issues

Most people are completely incompetent. Got debit cards for a joint account and somehow they programmed one for an individual account. Cannot EVER call a branch and speak to someone at that branch, you are forced to go through a 5 minute automated response program. Drive thru only during Covid despite being anti-scientific policy, drive thru takes 10-15 minutes per car just for check deposit/cashier check/other very simple task. Required to completely fill out slip for depositing a single check, even if you send ID, last 4 SSN, and which account you prefer with the check through the tube. Cannot really say much positive other than the online portal is above average so I'll give 2 instead of 1 star. I have never had a positive in person experience with any branch of Truliant.

I went to this branch and Mr Jason Barnes who was the Loan officer there helped me with my Auto loan refinancing, he was so kind and very helpful. The Customer care people created few confusions and since 2 weeks there was no progress, so I decided to visit this Branch. Prior to my visit I called them twice to get confirmation that my appointment was confirmed, on their confirmation only I visited. I felt Jason was very knowledgeable and has very good patience. If you plan to visit this branch please make sure you call and fix the appointment with this loan officer, so that you can have a good experience with this bank and you can save your valuable time as well. I will always be very thankful to Mr Jason Barnes for assisting me.

Went through the drive thru on today (Saturday) to cash a check and was told by the teller that he couldn't see me so I had to come inside. Once inside I was told that they couldn't give me cash because I came inside and that they would place a hold on my check. I asked why me coming inside effected me being able to get my check cashed and they stated that if I had gone through the drive thru I would've gotten cash and that it was protocol. I am a previous employee and have never seen any type of protocol like that. I feel like my situation was mishandled and all I wanted to do was cash a check.

Samuel Cotton is the absolute worst customer service representative I’ve ever encountered. My file clearly stated that I was eligible to open up a account. For some reason Samuel Cotton refused to simply be honest with me. Finally after asking for a manager I was able to open my account. Do yourself a favor and don’t come to this branch. The reps would rather play on their phones than do work.

Due to Covid-19 only the drive thru is open. At this location the drive thru is very slow. Everytime I have come here it takes 15 to 20 minutes per vehicle. You can be in line burning up your gas for a very long time. They really need to fix the issues that take so long. Maybe more tellers.

I have always been satisfied with their service... been a member since 1995. I have been in this branch during the week and on weekends and .."yes" there are long lines sonetimes and the tellers are busy. However, when I get to the counter.. I appreciate the time invested in what I am trying to do. The wait time is a trade off. A great Credit Union and the sheer number of people being processed should be an indicator of the services they offer. I want the teller to take time with my money transactions as they do. Randall

A lot of irresponsible people work in this bank because they ran my credit and they didn't give me the loan I wanted they gave me a lesser amount they sent me a letter to see if I accepted the loan and when I tried to accept the loan they asked me for the proof again. I sent the proof they asked me for, the days went on and they said they couldn't give me a loan when they had already said it was accepted. I think the person who saw my income taxes didn't even look at them or understand them.
