I went to the bank to drop off a deposit for a team member. The teller stated that I could not deposit the payroll check because it was dated the first of January. I asked if it was not next day for banking purposes since it was 4:40 PM on December 31st. The teller said it would be considered next day even if it were dated 31 December. I had a copy of my bank statement I had just printed off for my Dad to do book keeping and showed this to him because it revealed that we had 50 times the amount of the payroll check on hand to cover the check and that if the check was considered next day anyway... what difference does it make. He said no. I asked for the manager and she said no as well. The ironic thing is that I had just left another bank down the street and done the exact same thing for another team member and there were no questions asked. I would try BB & T (ask for Ms. Craven, she is great), Capital Bank (ask for Ms. Frazier), SECU, First Bank or Fidelity.

My family member is a fairly new customer & doesn't have the means to print out their monthly statements & they have called every month for several months in a row pleading with this place to mail their statements to them & each month there's still nothing & each time they get the same blah blah excuses. There Is NO Excuse for sorry services!!
