I’ve tried calling this number multiple times. No one ever picks up, and it takes me to some kind of recording that says the number is wrong? So I tried their customer service number. You wouldn’t believe how difficult it is to change a pin. Despite me not having a pin, the automated system required me to enter a pin to get any kind of assistance. That makes absolutely no sense to me. I will be searching for a new bank

Insinuated I was stealing from myself lol and making fraudulent charges on my card. Just do your job ! If you can’t help me then send me to someone who can !! Update !! After calling another branch she went over reasons my card could be declining. And we figured out the issue !! It’s really sad some people just don’t know what they’re talking about !

Rude bank teller who hung up and was unhelpful. Grade A customer service.

Did you know that a this bank you have to have an account just to get change. Walked in and was told that it was for there customers only. Even though I was getting change for a business that banks with them still said no. Not cashing a check just getting change. After explaining that it was for one of there customers still said no.

This bank needs a whole new management team, they are rude and do not want to comply with their customer’s needs. I have waited more than 30 minutes to do three deposits! So, I request the corporation to resolve this issue!

Though even though their name is Truist now, they still have awful service. If I deposit my funds today, I should have my funds today. How can you not cash a check that doesn't have your bank name on it, but I have an account there. Simply B.S. as soon as my check clears I'm closing my account and never coming back. Take heed people, this is not the bank to bank with.

Terrible. My name's on the account. I have a drivers license. Not good enough for her! Don't bank with these people. Bank local. With these guys you are just a number!

Home of the we can't do anything and we don't answer the phone after we transfer you. Glad I was thrown out when the merger started.

My wife went in to cash a check. My wife was told that she needed 2 forms of ID. She gave the teller her drivers license and social security card. The teller would not accept the social security card so she used her student ID. Since when is a SS card not acceptable as it is government issued. The teller then went as slow as she possibly could because we complained respectfully that the SS card should be acceptable as second form of ID.

Use to praise suntrust until we started dealing with this branch. Sat in the drive thru line for 30+ minutes. We were the only ones at first. Had 2 deposits, a withdrawls and change slip. Done this plenty of times before here and other branches. Never had an issue. The teller decides we have too much so with each car that pulled up our stuff was put to the back while everyone else was taken care of and left. I finally ask whats the hold up. And get scolded by the teller bc we have too many transactions. Never has this ever been a problem. We ask for the bag back with what hasnt been done, explaining we needed to go bc we had to get our children. She decides to hold the bag taking her time. Ive been to other branches and have never had to wait that long, even when they are busy. We get our bag back to fine shes only done 2 of the transactions and left 2 off. Needless to say im done with this bank.
