    The worst. No staff and those they do have are inconsiderate, rude and unwilling to help customers. Don't go into the branch because there are never enough tellers and the line is ridiculous...they tell you to use the app. Except using the app gets deposits 'held' for fraud for two weeks. A paycheck that is drawn on their account, they can verify funds and has been deposited for funds previously. Wait literally HOURS for help on the phone and online chat. They refuse to assist customers release this hold on deposits because I have a 'new ' account - told it's considered a new account for at least six MONTHS to a YEAR so they will continue to hold deposits. Sent a Zelle payment - they held that because they thought it was fraud -- never contacted me to see if it was valid. I called them three days later to find out what the issue was - was told they would've called me eventually but they are busy. so my money just gets held up. They escalate my complaint - but that doesn't garner a response from anyone - just to tell me it's been escalated. I hate this bank.and will be changing very soon. Please don't go there - they are the worst.

    Brian refused to refund me for a mishap charge and then proceeded to cut me off in conversation twice and to insinuate that everything is my fault and continuted to speak in a tone to make me feel stupid. These people are bankers. Not me. I expect them to help me out and make sure everything is organized. Instead, they failed to keep me informed & updated and close out an empty extra account which ensured an extra fee for me which bypassed the overdraft protection I've had in place for a long time. It's like they think that because there's online banking apps avaliable now that they're responsibilities are now void. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I've recieved from BB&T today. I'm switching over to SECU.

    Banked here in wake forest for 22 years...Truist bought bb&t and closed this branch..not Convenient

    Brian was so helpful when it came to helping us set up accounts for our teens The tellers always provide quick service with a smile. I love the “hometown” bank feel of this branch.

    I understand the difficulties of offering good customer service, but this has happened to me almost every time I go to BB&T on South Main in Wake Forest. Only one teller at lunch time in the lobby. She is also answering the phone (it rings constantly). Other employees sitting in private offices on the computer not answering the phone. No concern for customers. The tellers are trying to help customers as best they can, but customers waiting in line are not happy. I will be moving my accounts .

    I have been trying for over 3 weeks to get an appointment with their investment rep. I finally got frustrated so went to another bank and was able to get appointment scheduled the same day. I have appointment on Monday. All goes well and my accounts will be at a new place,

    Well, see the reason for low score. So go in to take care of some business, only 2 tellers, one acknowledges me and other one comes up and starts talking about vacation and trying to get it scheduled, I stand there for a few minutes listening to this, and I finally ask if someone is available to help me, they then end their conversation. Poor customer service!
