If I could give them zero stars I would! Every time I go there the employees are rude and act like you are bothering them. I LOVE my Willow Street branch though. They go out of their way EVERY time I visit. They even called me to apologize for the long wait in the drive- through during the pandemic. Who does that today?? Do yourself a favor and AVOID the Good Drive location. They need to fire everyone there and hire employees who know how to treat their customers.

So difficult to get a straight answer to s simple question. Multiple calls, multiple emails. Finally got my answer from an excellent costomer service person at the 800 customer service number. I will never waste my time with the Good Drive branch again.

The worst location I’ve ever been to. The service from one of the employees Adrian was the worst I’ve ever experienced. They way I was treated she shouldn’t even have her job there at all anymore. And her daughter was sitting in the lobby and tried to run up on me on my way out. I was threatened and will not go back. If the supervisor sees this I hope she takes care of Adrian.

Customer service is non-existant. The doors are locked. You cannot go into the Lobby unless you have an appointment. Then you will be forced to wear a mask.

There was no one in there on a Thursday at 9:30 am

This has got to be one of the most laziest unfriendly branch of all banks. I thought Vicki was difficult and miserable but today La Tonya proved my theory to be incorrect. She was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. She didn't greet me or thank me at the end. She literally acted like it was my job to make her job easier. Pretty sure customers are giving YOU a job! She also had the nerve to talk about me to another banker right in front of me. The last time I checked they have a machine to count every single bill, the least they could do is act friendly and put a smile on their face. I know the job can be rough but there is no need to be so impolite. I wish this wasn't the closest BB&T but it is. You should not work in customer service if you're a miserable person and can't deal with human interaction. Get a new job!

I went in time for my appointment with the manager (Melissa Kitch) and she wasn't there, then arrived late and acted completely unprofessional by proceeding to help someone else who came way after me. She was also rude when informed by another employee that I was there for her help. Complete mess.

I deposited money and wasn’t aware of a new policy asking for identification when you deposit cash. The person I dealt with was very short with me and made me feel like a bother for asking a question so I could understand the policy better. This isn’t the first time I have had issues and been made to feel this way at this location. Wish there was a B.B. and T closer to me then this one!!!

My experience with the service at this branch was quite good. It was friendly and efficient. La Tonya was my customer service provider, and her service was exemplary.
