Just noticed the review regarding them not taking loose change. LOL.. This bank is absolutely awesome. Every teller always has a huge smile and is more than happy to help me. They always treat me with warmth and with kindness. It’s easy to understand why they don’t accept loose change that isn’t rolled. Very few banks do this anymore. It is extremely time consuming and not to mention totally boring. I am glad that my bank doesn’t do this because they would likely be so totally tired from doing it, they might mis count the money they give me in there every week to make payroll. Also, being in line behind someone engaged in this type transaction- having to wait for this to go down could make even the most focused person slip into a slumber trance and fall across the velvet ropes- knocking down the chrome bollards and CRAM... hurting some innocent little lady standing by with a huge purse or something. Freaking great choice Suntrust Demere Rd. branch- see you Friday.

Suntrust is just a bad example of a “Big Box” cash flow bank. Go somewhere local if you want real service.

One of the sorriest excuses for a bank that I have ever had to deal with. Every time I go in to have something done, they have some excuse as to why they cannot do it. Went to have my piggy bank money deposited into my bank account, they will not take loose change. It has to be rolled. Really? You're a bank! You are refusing to take my money and deposit it?
