Truist Florida Ave S, Lakeland

This particular location is the worst!!! Doesn't matter what time I go to make deposits for my job I always wait a LONG time due to only ever having 2 employees working. I personally used this bank for a long time but got tired if the poor customer service 😪. I switched to Navy federal credit union and LOVE them. Even with having no branches near me I can do more in there app and over the phone then I ever could with BB&T. Hopefully one day in the future it will be better.

Walked in to open an account. I think it was the manager the large lady started yelling about mask across the bank in a very annoying way. Walked out and took my money elsewhere. After reading other reviews I get it.

Went here to make a deposit into one for of my employees account because he was not in town to get the money. You know to be nice. Was told they don't take cash for this but I need a money order cuz of some federal story about the money needs to be traced. Ummm you don't show ID for money orders to buy them not to deposit them. She goes oh yeh that's right. So what's the issue? Well it's not to fight crime it's so you can charge for your money orders. Unless you are known as a criminal bank and your the ones being watched yourselves. Logical ways prevails.

Worst bank in general not just this location, they are rude, they lie and will cheat you if they can d ok not use BB&T bank at all.

The experience with Truist overall is by far THE WORST I’ve ever encountered with ANY BUSINESS!! Before Truist I was with Suntrust for over 5 years with absolutely NO problems but once Truist bought out Suntrust the nightmare began. Truist sent my debit card to the wrong address and refused to verify with me where the card was sent, not to mention the card was activated and USED. Luckily the transactions were declined but now my account is blocked I can’t get any of MY OWN money even going inside the branch. Truist is a JOKE! Run while you can because everyone is either clueless or not helpful. 0 STAR and I will be getting in contact with the BBB

I have been going to this bank for years and I think I've only had one time that the service was 'eh' (not bad) other then that customer has been consistently awesome and always friendly so a 1.8 rating really is ridiculous...Stop bashing the people (the messengers) that are in the front... They are only doing what they are told. Want to make a difference buttercup? Go after the ceo/president of the bank you know the ones that are actually writing the rules that you don't like...

Horrendously bad service. In general I think this is a poor bank and among this bank this is probably one of the worst branches.

This location permanently closed on 3/29/22.

They want to charge an $8 fee just to cash a check written from their bank.... Ridiculous! The check was only for $60..... Horrible customer service here.... Go anywhere else.....
