Absolutely horrific service since they have been merged. ALL I want to do is set up my mortgage account which was originally set up with Sun Trust and merge it with my account with BBT. I JUST WANT TO PAY MY MORTGAGE BUT IM GETTING ZERO ASSISTANCE. CONSISTENT LONG WAIT TIMES ON THE PHONE AND I KEEP GETTING TRANSFERS WITH PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO.

Can’t say enough about how impressed I was with my visit to this branch of bb&t. I was dropping by on my break to change some of my accounts around. I was helped by Meredith. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She got me taken care of in a short period of time. I have been to other branches of this bank and this one is my new favorite. Thanks Meredith.

I came to this location for a quick transaction for work at 230p. It was completely dead yet there were 3 ladies behind the counter...1 was running the drive thru and the lady at the very end was doing who knows what? The young lady running the drive thru ended up taking over the other woman's transaction as well as the someone pulled up at the drive thru and instead of helping me since I had already been there awhile they took the drive thru I finally spoke up and the lady at the very end helped me...I said I'm sorry but I have waited 10 min and there are 3 of you back here? The lady replied and said sometimes you have to wait and that's okay. I then said well that surely was a long wait...very rude...very unprofessional. Had they just said I'll be right with you I might have felt a bit better but nobody even a knowledge I was standing there. Just crazy.

Starting to hate that I come to this bank I really just need to switch banks all together . If you are with bbt I don't suggest you come to this location for any support the new branch manager sucks and doesn't deal with there clients in a professional manner . I was also approached during my visit by the branch manager having to ask her to walk away I was then told there was no one above her I could talk to . I felt threatened and uncomfortable and I will not be returning

My comments are not only for this Branch, but all my experience with BB&T. Very bad customer service, everything takes long time, I have to followup multiple times. Thinking of closing my account.

Nice building, but no people. At noon they seem to only have one person on the window and one on the drive thru. I needed a money order and 4 people were in front of me so it took 10 min just to get to the counter. I guess BB&T must be doing poorly as they can't afford to have 3 people working the counter at once.

This bank has the best crew in the history of the world. Meredith, Alex, Seema, Sindy, Amy and Carlos are all awesome. Lucky to bank there. If I missed anyone's name, I apologize. I'm sure you're awesome too! If I could give more than five stars, I would!

I will have to second everything everyone else is saying on here. There is only one decent teller there from what I can tell. Everyone else is terrible. customer service...there is none. The drive through...you will wait forever!!! Don't think you will get through quickly. Plan on waiting. I will never do business with BB&T. Only go there to drop business deposits.

Anjana is the most helpful teller but all of the tellers have been very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately I switched to SECU due to better benefits. This location can get very busy with long lines.

Terrible customer service by one employee , the yeller maria there does not like her job.She is constantly in a bad mood
