Truist Belt Line Rd, Garland

Worst bank I have ever banked with. We originally began to bank with them because we heard and read they were an amazing bank for small business. We were working with a lender that began to take out more then we agreed and our lawyer told us to not do anything with the account. I reached out to Truist and our Capital one bank to let them know what was going on and Capital one helped us restrict our accounts and Truist said they would work with us once we got everything sorted with the lenders. After we got everything situated with the lenders Truist said all they could return is $50 after they wracked up on over $1000 in fees. All this bank is good for is providing horrible customer service and a bunch of fees. I was told numerous of times staff would get back to me they never did. I had to chase them to find out what was going on with my account and was on hold for hours.We are in the process of closing our account.

5 stars on the weekdays!! But don't come one the Weekends. FLO WAS HORRIBLE!! She confused me and I speak perfectly English. Didn't know how to do a money order. Told me she doesn't normally work behind the counter. Then if she doesn't she doesn't need to be behind the counter.. I love everyone there Vanessa.. Arwa..Eduardo. everyone is great. This lady needs training. I started talking to another customer in Spanish and she yelled at me. I send my commercial customers here. BEWARE.. DONT COME WEEKENDS..

I wish I could give more stars to Ankit! He is the epitome of how a personal banker should treat their clients. I highly recommend BB&T, especially for business.

Worst bbt bank i have ever been to I waited 20 minutes to cash a check and then when i got to the teller she got up and left and I was waiting for another 20 minutes and still no help so I left

Best service. Angela the branch manger is awesome.

Waited over 10 minutes in drive thru. Nobody came. Went inside and saw 3 tellers chatting with one customer. I asked if the bell didn’t work. She said “why yes it is, we were assisting this one client “. Wait, all three of you? Labor shortage is a joke. They had the people which choose not to take my deposit. In the end I got my deposit taken care of and was told to “have a nice day”. Nothing about the 10 minute wait with no assistance while they all joked with one customer.

I have been with BB&T for a long time and often visit this branch. The staff is very professional and always ready to help. Ankit Rajora is very knowledgeable and professional leader and has helped me with many financial solutions.

I have been to many BBT branches. I just stopped in this one for the first time. Very courteous and professional.

I was rated with great kindness and respect, even after I refinanced with another company other than BB&T.
