Truist E Jefferson St, Brooksville

The ATM outside doesn’t work properly and it hasn’t worked properly for a while. I’d rather drive a little further and go to the Beautiful branch on Cortez Boulevard. And I would suggest more clients go there until this place get their act together. Amen

ZERO NOT AN OPTION: Charged me 8 bucks to cash a check I received from one of their customers. That's one way to guarantee 100% I will never bank at Suntrust. If I write someone a check not only do I expect them to be paid the full amount as written, I would also find it embarrassing to learn they had been charged to cash my check. Poor biz model that projects desperation on the part of "sunbust"... Save yourself the embarrassment and don't bank there.

I hate even given this branch 1 star but it wouldn't let me proceed until I did, we stopped by this Branch today to make a simple deposit waited almost an hour in the Drive-Thru and then still they messed up my deposit, and put the money in the wrong account! Thank God we caught it before items were returned. Looks like some corporate retraining is needed, I love all other SunTrust but this one is 3 for 3 strikes . Please look carefully at your deposit slip before leaving BEWARE!!!! My $160.00 cash is still a miss ! Through cash went right on ! Don't even show up pending?

I have enjoyed banking with SunTrust Bank until recently. I really don't like going to this location on Main Street. The building is in need of some up grades for the safety of the tellers. I don't like that it's not easy to get in and out of parking lot. Really is to small for the traffic flow to this bank. I miss the branch bank, the people and the location. Please find another location for a branch that is easy to access. Thanks,

They don’t listen to what the customer wants. drive through women are rude

If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. Half of the non-teller staff is consistently not working or helping customers. When they do, they are slow and lack information that is helpful. I've been waiting for an hour in the lobby, there are six other people waiting with three of them being here before I showed up. If this bank is going to be a complete dumpster fire, just shut it down. I came in thinking I would give the new Truist a shot, but seeing the service, I have decided while waiting here to close my accounts.

I arrived a few minutes before opening and ended up waiting an extra 15 minutes past opening time. The employees saw me at the door and had no interest in opening up, they continued to talk and when they decided to open, they only opened the front door, forcing me to walk all the way around the building. Instead of being welcomed in, I was welcomed to a very rude teller who seemed to have no interest in helping me after I “interrupted” her conversation with another employee. Not only were the attitudes of the employees disgusting but, the bathrooms were too. The floors appear to never have been mopped, the urine all over the floor was by far the most disgusting thing I’ve seen in a long time. All in all, I would not recommend banking with the Suntrust in Downtown Brooksville.
