My wife does her banking at this location and she drags me along with her whenever she goes inside. I would also bank here but I get such a great deal with my credit union that I have been with years that I just assume stay put. Overall everyone is very pleasant to deal with but I would suggest that they do a more cross training of the teller staff. I think on a few occasions over the years the tellers have had to call on others from the office side to help with what I felt were routine matters. They are however very proactive about letting you know what new services they have to offer that might fit your needs and I think the online dashboard is very helpful.

Shannon Humphreys and Kelli Papas ruin this bank. Shannon closed my account with no proper explanation after she forgot to order my checks, citing I should use online banking, talking to me like i was a child. She is a totally unreasonable "social justice warrior" type and refused to arbitrate the situation. Typical...letting emotions mix. She has no place in banking.

This is the WORST bank I have ever been to, they claim to be helpful but they are the exact opposite they give out your personal information to people that are not listed on your account and go out of their way to make you feel less than. I will NEVER again bank with BBT

Complete waste of time. Sat forever waiting to open two accounts. We just walked out after 30 minutes. Horrible service

Great services. I was helped by a young asian lady at the first office. I forgot her name, but she looks like a barbie doll, very smart and patient at the same time. We sat for hours with the fraud claims and cleaning my accounts hot mess.

This bank is awful. Every time I go here there is some kind of a problem. I leterally just got told by some girl at this location named Brittany that I could not deposit a check into my own business that I have been depositing in for 4 years now.what makes it even worse is the check was even stamped BY THE STAMP THEY PROVIDED ME initially to make deposits!. Also I literally just got done making another deposit by the bbt on presidents ct no problem. It’s a shame that this bank has such problems with irresponsible and cluesless staff. Corporate really need to step in at this location and clean this mess up. After this unfortunate incident I will be forced to take my business to another bank. If you do decide to go with bbt in the future I recommend not opening an account at this branch.

This bank is the worst. They are also so slow every single morning.

30 minutes waiting on the drive through— 10 cars were taking care before me Poor management of 2 lanes If you don’t have enough employees just close the bank
