They hit me with the $8.00 fee for cashing a check form one of thier customers. When I asked about it they told me they were providing a service. I explained to them yes they are... to THEIR customer who wrote me a check on an account he has there. That is who you are servicing. He did not put his money in your bank with the stipulation he can only give it to Truist/BB&T customers without some arbitrary fee for cashing his check. It is just beyond me how this logic escapes these people. Banks provide a service to thier customers by honoring thier check. The fees are a money grab and a joke. Are you disclosing this to customers when they open an account?

Worst Bank ever! We have been with BBT for 4 years with our business and personal accounts and they treat us without respect! Not thought staff both in all branches and on the phone. They are worthless with a ton of fees!!!

tell me why Janet puts a hold on things in your account lies to you and says she didn't you call the main branch and they said yes she did great customer service lying to your customers

Everyone here is super nice. It can be busy at times, but they work as quickly and efficiently as possible. Love my bank!

I wouldn't even give this place one star but had to so I could let other people know how rude they are when you try to get here before they close and make it with few minutes to spare and they are standing in door way talking to another person for 10 min then tell you they are closed at 457pm

This was posted on the website, majority of branch lobbies are temporarily closed. We’re providing teller services through drive-thru lanes at branches that are equipped with them. If you need to access a safe deposit box, please call your branch to make an appointment. No one will answer the phone, sign in door drive thru only, no indication when the lobby will open.

I love banking with BB&T. I've been with the bank for 15yrs from the time I moved down here from up north . But, I'm having second thoughts..What's wrong with the ATM machine?? The majority of the time I go there its out of order. It doesn't matter what time of the day it is, midnight , mornings, midday its a sign that says sorry for your inconvenient .This been going on far to many. There's times where you don't have time to go inside the bank for a withdrawal. Ill have to do without(yes some places do not accept bank cards ,cash only). Or ill have to make a deposit to pay my bills and machine is down not accepting cash or checks. And you can't go inside because the bank is closed..This is screwing me up..This is causing you to have late payments as well as bounce checks..

Nothing but good experiences at this BB&T. Attentive and courteous staff, prompt service.

Some of the staff is friendly, but others, not so much. They charge $8.00 to cash a check for non-account holders even if the check is only for $9.00. Not impressed at all.

The workers are so friendly and don't keep you waiting.
