Truist Parr Dr, The Villages

This bank used to be great but ever since it switched to Truist everything went down hill. This goes for all Truist Banks. Especially their online customer support

Dealing w/ loan department is unbelievable. Started the application process, been over three weeks and have not been in contact with anyone. Revisited the branch and the manager said he would get right on it. Our loan originator never returns our calls...

The SunTrust Bank on Parr Dr in The Villages has been an excellent bank for us to do business with..we especially appreciate working with Eileen. Would recommend this branch very highly.

I've been with SunTrust in Maryland for 20 years + as is my wife and glad they are so close to us here as we had a close banking and investment relationship. But no longer. I'm in Oxford just 2 miles away now. However here in FL as everyone's know customer service is non-existant... anywhere (not just Suntrust) so I have to call back to the part timer. Ohhh! But I work and can't have a phone on me 8 to.5. The SunTrust hours are terrible, I needed the Bank at 4 pm on Monday and it's closed;; 12:45 on Saturday, closed . 8:30am on Tuesday closed. Wish I had Bankers hours....: ).. if you are retired and free M-F 9 to 4. They are awesome. If you work go elsewhere. Otherwise I honestly think they are a great bank, just maybe no in Florida.

Very poor customer service can't call them have to wait for

Waited for 20min for the teller to tell me wait for a banker. Never got any acknowledgment from the 1 of the 4 bankers. Not my first bad experience at this branch

Very disappointed! I went to the drive-thru at 11:55 a.m. on Saturday and it was already closed. The bank is supposed to be open till noon. Why do you close early? Maybe you should change your hours to reflect what time you really are going to close.

The customer service at Sun Trust is terrible. I went in to investigate a charge on my account for a safe deposit box (I don't have a safe deposit box). I signed in to see a CSR, the CSR was discussing non-banking things with a customer. I got tired of waiting and went to the teller line. The CSR had left her desk and went to the teller room. When I got to talk to a teller about the issue, the teller couldn't help me, and there are no CSR's at their desks. It took two days at another branch to get the charge reversed. Sun Trust, can't be Trusted they used my account to pay for someones safe deposit box and I have to spend hours getting the issue corrected. They don't care about their mistakes!!! or their lousy service.

Sun Trust and BB&T are now Truist. Some of the great staff from BB&T are at the New location. Always had personalized service. Hoping it comtimues.

This rating is for telephone contact only.. This branch line is always busy and a voice message comes on requesting my number for the Manager to call back which he never does! I can never get anyone over the phone. Not a good bank for telephone customer service contact.
