I came to this bank to make a simple transfer, I had to wait for over an hour. They only have one teller and one bank manager. Please people don't waste your time going to this bank if you're in a hurry.

The ladies at this branch are always friendly, professional and NICE!!! I only go into a bank when there is a problem or a transaction that requires it and these ladies have always been extremely helpful and polite. I'm never disappointed.

This branch has a completely incompetent branch manager. Just refused to provide a verified bank statement to me ( customer of 3 years) because he said he didn't think it was "allowed". Then made me wait for half an hour while he tried to call 3 people to find out if it was allowed but couldn't get through. Finally said "sorry I can't do it because my livelihood is on the line". Haven't come across a less knowledgeable and competent branch manager in my 25 years of dealing with banks. Went to the next Suntrust branch and they had this ready in 5 mins. Avoid this branch at all costs!

The new 2 Mass Ave bank manager is self-absorbed, has no sense of customer service and so insensitive to handicapped clients I'm dropping all my SunTrust accounts. They are now as bad as Wells at serving customer special needs!
