Rachel has the worst attitude and gives the worst customer service! Its a shame that someone with her attitude is working with the public! She didn't bother to do something right the first time and then after we make a second trip there, she acted like we were bothering her! No apologies for her mistakes. Nothing! She is an embarrassment to Truist!

I came to cash a check I don't have a BB&T account but after being treated so horribly I will never own one IF you are in this area avoid this branch by all means!! They should be shut down

Called this morning asking do they take quarters they said they have to be rolled. They then have asked how much and I told them $160. I get there and the teller says you don't have account with us we can't take them. First off they should have told me that on the phone and I would have opened an account but not with this kinda service.

Absolutely the worst Branch in the country !!! Don't even come here needing anything that ANY OTHER branch in the country would have or could do for you....Just drive to Anderson or Greenville !!!
