My Wife and I recently moved to this cool area and switching to SunTrust Bank has been a great asset to us! Phil at the local branch has been awesome with everything from helping us set up accounts and providing the necessary documentation for the People In Charge at the SCDMV, along with the extra work needed for purchasing a home here! You get personal service rather than hear "we can't do that, it's our policy" from some drone who clearly doesn't care at another bank. We highly recommend! Bob & Sonya Good

Spent an hour on the phone with Sun Trust customer service with zero results! Decided to call my local branch at Westbury Park. Local representative was able to sort things out over the phone in less then five minutes. Thank you very much!

I love going to this bank because the tellers are always friendly and efficient, they even remember me from week to week. Setting up my business account was super easy, management guided me right through picking the best option for my business and getting me set up. The mortgage process was a bit more painful, just more complex, but nothing more that with previous experiences with competing banks.
