Truist N Cedar Bluff Rd, Knoxville

Went into the branch to pay mortgage in person on 10/1/2021 and to change the automatic payment amount. Wrote the check, got a receipt. Now, 20 days later, I receive a collections notice that my payment is overdue and reported to the credit bureau!!! I am LIVID! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you can't post my payment correctly, there is a serious issue! Called the 1-800 # and was hung up on 3 times before I ever spoke to a person. This is the worst server EVER!

I went to deposit $300.00 in cash at their ATM today. ATM said I only deposited $120.00, when o went to cancel the transaction, it returned my ATM Card and nothing else. While at the drive thru, I pulled up my online account thinking it was a mistake? Nope, my online account showed nothing pending. So I called that 1-888 on their ATM. Got some office in Texas who basically nothing they could do but submit a complaint form. She acted like this was an everyday thing. When I asked about my funds, I was told they'll look into it and that was it. Talk about no customer service at all. Been with BB&T over 20yrs. I guess I'll have to start looking for another bank to handle my accts.

They acknowledged me when I entered & made me feel welcome. The hiss mic gentleman was very helpful in asking questions to get me to the correct person who could help me. I was treated like the most important customer of the day, nice feeling!

Need to list local numbers to all locations of branches in Knoxville Tennessee instead of directing to a 1-800-number customer service not available big inconvenience. No personal customer service.

Unbelievably slow service. Very disappointed in this branch.

Their business hours are just "suggestions" apparently. Several times I have gone there during their regular hours and they have been closed. Wasted lots of time. Glad this branch will be closing soon and merged with SunTrust.

I’ve been to this location on three separate occasions and I would rather drive all the way to the BB&T off of Kingston Pike because these people are incompetent. Worst customer service around. I tried to tell them that my app was making a mistake and showing me the wrong amount and the woman just pretty much wouldn’t listen and told me I was a liar. And then she printed the bank statement and it showed my app was incorrect. Like I had said. I would rather drive 15 minutes out of my way go to a separate bank than to return to this one.

Just opened an acct its been now 11 days no debt card in mail keep getting told its 3 to 5 business days on the way its Sunday now 6/7 2020 called the 7 days a week number 6 til 12 no answer will take my money and company money out asap this place sucks by felica

The Hispanic teller put my deposit into the WRONG ACCT!! I can't even call until 9am so hopefully someone doesn't spend my money b4 they take it out of the wrong acct

The blonde with glasses teller and Hispanic male teller have terrible customers service skills every time I am there.
