Truist Forum Blvd, Fort Myers

I get here 15 minutes before closing time and they’re closed. It says 6 o’clock on the website but when i’m walking up to the door someone’s outside locking in. Just about every SunTrust location in Lee County is absolute trash. I’ll be for sure moving to another bank

Needing a bank statement and gift letter and not knowing how to go about getting them, I called my branch at the Forum and Colonial. Gloriana Hidalgo was my angel. She took care of everything including my nerves. As a 75 years old, I think I’m fairly competent on the computer, this however was something out of my realm. I can’t even begin to thank Gloriana and the Male teller. Everyone was so kind and helpful. We’ve been banking there for 9 years and I don’t regret 1 day. God’s blessings to you, stay safe and well. Very friendly place, they even let me come inside to do my deposit. The manager was friendly courteous. I can tell the teller was a bit sarcastic with me because she didn't want me inside. Overall a great place to bank

For a while it seems they lost a man's money , took a phone call from WINK news to get it back . you go WINK news love you guys . don't know about this bank.

Altruist Banks formerly SunTrust banks are closed in the fort Myers area there are no more open I've been traveling all over this town looking for one and they are all empty

When they say simple they mean it....Erich Fahrner was very helpful and amicable and opened the door for me with a simple greeting resulting in a great transaction. He followed bank guidelines as well all precautions under covid-19 while been personable. He also was willing to sit down and recommend more services even when an appointment was needed.

The statement “temporarily closed” is a misnomer. The drive thru is open, but you need an appointment to see someone inside. Would be nice if that were shown instead of “temporarily closed”.

We arrived last week for our annual six months of sun in the great city of Fort Myers. I had visited another retailer at the Forum and then stopped in to the Sun Trust branch to get some change for the weekend. As I walked in, the manager said hello and greeted me. There were no other customers in the bank at this time. As I requested change from the teller, she asked if I was a customer of Sun Trust. I said no, and her reply was that she could not help me and make change. I don't believe that Sun Trust would be my first choice based on policies such as this. By the way I did proceed down the street to Chase Bank, and they made change for me.....and didn't even ask if i was a customer.

This location is closed and they haven’t updated all platforms to avoid customers wasting time and money
