Staff was very friendly, The lady who opened my account took the time to offer me all the products and services. She was very professional and made me feel valued. Android app is pretty good, I got my account squared away fairly quickly including, paperless, Zelle and app setup. I do everything online so probably can't relate to all of the negative reviews for this location.

Drive up window service available and BB&T offers by appointment only entrance. When you bank online with BB&T it is good to know you have protection against fraudulent acts when someone hacks your account. BB&T catches it fast and contacts you right away. Very cheerful employee's working hard to please you and you always get service with a smile.

It would be nice on the baby and tea app if it would let you know that Inside of the bank is open or closed. It's 5 o'clock the BB and T app says you are open till 7 o'clock. Just watched a customer walk up to the door and it was locked. Sat in my car looking for another one that is open. Just watch some fat a** bank teller walk out here and lock the door as she went to her car. Glad they're so helpful and open till 7. what a bunch of h******

Spent 45mins in the drive through just to get a money order. When I asked what was the problem I was ignored. Had to go inside and request a manager.

I like the people who work there. I find them very helpful.

Worst bank I've ever had. I have had 4 cards in 6 months because my numbers keep getting stolen. 3 of the four cards were never even used online. This bank is a joke and it was the biggest waste of time in my life. You can watch your account fluctuate without even spending a penny.

Went into the bank to withdrawal rent money well the bank decided to close at noon. Unfortunately it was only 11:50 and the doors were locked. There is less than 1 inch of snow and the schools and everywhere else are still operating as normal. close at noon if that's what your going to do but don't lock up and shut down at 11:50. very bad business!!! done with BB&T

Worst place ever. Sat in the drive thru for an hour just to cash a check . I use the one near me no problem . This one charges when they are not suppose to then they call you to tell you they are going to credit your account. I no longer have an account so how ?!?

Virginia ave branch personnel has no personality. Not friendly one bit. They make you feel you they are doing you a favor using their bank.

This place is literally a joke. Was told that funds would be available on 31st. But they decided to hold until 6th instead. Should not take this long to verify a check!!
