I loved bbt! Bbt has a neighborhood feel and the staff knows you and greets you. I’ve been banking with them since 2010 or 11. Especially since another bank allowed someone to empty out my 9 year old daughter’s custodial bank account for $9000.00. I had to argue with them and threaten lawsuit. They said my daughter went to the Jonesboro branch to withdraw money. I asked how she’s 9 years old. How did she get there on her skateboard? If you look at her transactions they’re all in Cobb county? Now that they’ve merged with Suntrust I was going to stay. Now this branch is closing in Feb 2022 so the nearest branch for me is in Hiram. Yeah no I’m going to have to end my banking relationship with Bbt/ Truist.

This branch is awesome! I've never had a bank be so responsive to my needs. Shawn is fantastic and addresses my issues or concerns immediately. Lots of services and financial education available. I don't mind if I have to wait because I know I will be given the same attention...so thank you for taking your time with your customers BB&T.

Shawn was very helpful and very friendly. Anytime he has helped my with anything he’s always been very nice and helpful. The new young lady at the drive thru is also very helpful and polite, always has a smile on her face.. love this branch

At the location in Hiram this BB&T Bank is no longer there.

The slowest bank tellers. They never smile and often stop working on my work's deposit and change order to help other people who already have a teller assisting them.

I would give them zero stars if possible. This location has HORRIBLE customer service, I had the worst experience in the drive through today with them. I will never return to this location.

Apparently the new branch manager and his new teller do not know how to use a calculator. They require EXACT amount for deposits rather than knowing how to make change! Who ever heard of a bank not knowing how to add and subtract. If this is how they work now they’re Truist their customer service sucks.

IndontI know why the reviews are so low on this bank. I've been banking with BB&T for 14 years and IveI never had a problem. Shawn works in the front of this location and he is more than helpful with anything you need! He helped me understand a lot about credit, credit cards and loans.
