Truist Washington Rd, Evans

Truist Bank in Evans , Georgia provides" Horrible Service" to Long,Time Customer. My wife has banked with Truist since the 1970's. We were treated horribly at closing after completing several transactions with Taylor who was Wonderful. We needed customer service afterwards. AND MS. K was RUDE and told us that the bank was CLOSED. We had been there since 12:10PM My wifr and I only needed assistance with online access to our accounts.

Employees at this location are rude. The wait time to see a banker (not teller) is 30 minutes or longer no matter what time of day you come. I waited 30 minutes today for a simple notary. Employees definitely seem like they are more interested in talking with one another than engaging with customers. I will be avoiding this location and going to Fury’s Ferry.

Verizon took $1000 out of my account for a phone I did not order. Filed a claim with SunTrust even had a witness hear them say they charged me instead of purchase. Filed a claim with SunTrust said they didnt have enough information and denied my claim. Find a bank who will have their customers back cause SunTrust is not the bank.

Was skeptical in looking for a bank to do business with, but I absolutely just love the people's charisma here. These employees have surely mastered customer service!!! I highly recommend this bank to everyone looking for a new financial endeavor.

The hours are inconvenient. Also, cannot reach anyone by phone. No answer or recording. Waited 45 min. to speak to someone in person at the Evans branch. I have been with Suntrust for many years but the Suntrust in Ga. has the worst customer service I have ever experienced

Left me stranded in Florida during my Presidential day weekend vacation. Unable to use my old SunTrust card, my credit card or new debit card. I was on hold 2 hours on Sunday and 8.5 hours on Monday. I still can't use my credit card. My rewards from that card are now gone. I spoke with a minimum of 10 people. Even contacted my local bank. They don't even deserve 1 Star, Follow up I went to my local bank and they said they would give me a gift card for all my issues 10 days later nothing!

I have got to know every employee over the years & they treat me like the most important client 😍 The manager Rhonda takes care of so many things that most people would have to go online to find the answer or solution. I’m not very good with all the computer stuff, Rhonda makes it simple😍👍✅

I keep calling this branch for the past four days this month and I am unable to reach anyone. Every time I am suppose to leave a message. When I did finally get a person last month, she was very annoyed as if I was bothering her. Your customer service is horrible. You are not the only bank around.

Walked in during a busy period to cash a check and was promptly helped. Teller service was great and felt welcomed throughout my visit. Would recommend this SunTrust to anyone.

I have a business account with this bank and their customer service is good but they are always so slow is horrible... They need more people working here to keep up with demand. Please remove Misty Hill from the drive thru...
