Left my debt card at home on accident and didnt have enough gas to get home. I get to this bank and they didnt let me withdraw from my account, I had to beg for cash to get home so thank all of you for that. Never using this bank again, SUNTRUST WAS SO MUCH BETTER!

I recently sold a home and deposited the proceeds check in a SunTrust account I have had for fifteen years. The teller said the money would be available in 24 hours. I checked after 2 days and then 5 days, and the money wasn’t in my account. 7 days later I received a letter in the mail saying the money was on hold. No explanation why nor no indication of when it would be available. Apparently SunTrust can seize your money and use it interest free. I’m moving to another bank. Also filing a complaint with state banking commission.

By far the SLOWEST bank ever. They had one teller working in the morning. Everyone in line was waiting and a customer asked if there was another teller available to help or the manager and she said no- we can’t get out the money. I have now been currently waiting for 20 minutes and still have not been helped. Horrible customer service. Avoid this bank if you can!

Ive never hated banking more since BBT switched to Truist. Closing my account when i have the opportunity and switching to somewhere else

Look I have no issues with the bank itself it’s just this location has been closed for about two years and I don’t know when if ever it’ll be reopening. I just find it really annoying that they still advertise it as open. Just say it’s closed please I keep forgetting this location isn’t open and I just want to deposit my cash to my closest location but if it keeps automatically bringing me here when I’m in a hurry I’ve wasted my time and my gas.

Very bad customer service. We went to 9:15 am to add additional signers on our business accounts. She is not confident in her work. She took 45 minutes to create a profile. She is worried about her next appointment at 10 am but not worried about us. Employee name is Norwood.
