Truist Stanhaven Pl, White Plains

Been banking here for years. Always excellent service either inside or through the car lanes. Small staff so sometimes you have to wait for individual service but when it's your turn they give you the same attention as the people who were ahead of you I will truly miss this branch when they close.

I had a very positive and good experience at this BB&T in White Plains. The tellers were very nice, pleasant, and respectful and I had no problems cashing and depositing my check.

Very professional staff. Best bankers. I will highly recommend them to any one looking for a great banking experience.

Drive thru did not open on time. This isn't the first time it has happened either

I went in to open a savings account for my son and waited almost 45 mins before bring acknowledged yet the person who was suppose to help me had walked pass me several times while I was waiting in the lobby for her to finish with her other clients. I got so fed up I decided to go to another branch and went ahead and deposited the money. As I was getting ready to leave the person finally comes up to me and says I’ve alreafy got my account established. Next time I suggest you let the client know that you will be with them as soon as possible and not let them sit there. This is vrry poor customer service and I will not visit this location again.

They always count my money wrong never come extra but always show it’s short

Better off cashing your check at foodlion. Bank tellers here are inept and rude. I actually had to go to foodlion to cash my check!
