Truist Highway, Loganville

Truist is about the poorest excuse for banking that I've ever seen. BB&T was good until they tried this. Now you can't find not one that is open and running efficiently. How do they expect anyone to run their business if you can never find a bank available when you NEED it. Wow, just wow!!!

Their hours are never consistent. I've called up there on Friday to check their hours for saturday on 2 different occasions and on saturday when I get there they are closed. They close early regularly as well. No posted signs or anything.

This branch is everything you want in a bank! It has a small town feel, packed out with incredible customer service, and an array of products to suit any need. We have our business accounts setup here, as well as, our personal checking at this branch. Ammie, Christie, and Sonia are amazing! They are super friendly, super efficient, and super knowledgeable. I trust them with my business, and I appreciate all the hard work they do. Highly recommend them. Because they are so incredible, they have a lot of clients, be sure to check in on wait times if you want to meet with them one on one. If you pop in, there might be a wait....but they are worth the wait!!! Thanks y'all for all you do!!!!

great bank. bbnt is great for students and youth especially. my biggest complaints about this branch is that its in an akward location to get in and out of driving wise, and that they close at 5 in the afternoon most days which more often than not conflicts with my schedual. still super friendly staff that will treat you well- i feel very safe and valued with them.

This banking institution will lie to you in order to take more of your hard earned money. Was repeatedly told false information and ended up losing over $500 of my children's food and Christmas money thanks to the lies. I would not recommend this bank to anyone who likes to be treated fairly and given honest information.

No longer open on Saturdays. Will close permanently on March 29, 2022. Went across town to SunTrust since they merged with Bb&T over 2years ago but SunTrust can't accept bbt accounts yet. Congratulations Truist , I didn't think customer service could be worse than BBT.

This bank is not open anymore and someone's too lazy to change the hours online. Truist is terrible so far. Terrible merge.

Bb&t is TRASH. You gotta be desperate desperate to be banking with them

I Love my BB&T Branch in Loganville, they know me by name when I walk through the door, so kind and helpful every one of them Christie and Sonya are fabulous!!!! Couldn't ask for better service . I come in there with the dumbest questions and they always accommodate me... Love the personal service I get there .

Nikki Morgan at the Loganville Location was very professional and took care of our business needs. This is definitely the best location in the Gwinnett Area.
