Truist S Market St, Elizabethtown

I've been banking with BB&T at this location back when it was Susquehanna. I've always had a good experience. I am in there quite frequently and hardly ever have to wait in line. Going in is usually quicker than drive though. Best of all BB&T has came through multiple times when I needed funding for personal and business loans. Everyone there is pleasant to deal with.

I can't call it, but! 1st all the teller i dealt with she was perfect customer service but i couldn't understand why the manager did not let my brother do his transaction , But we went to BB &t in Mechanicsburg same transaction went through with no problem. (Yes you can have your money with just your ID and Social # ) Do NoT NEed a BB&T 💳 to do so especially if your in the bank dealing with a TelleR...👎 to you BB&T S market st.

Always pretty quick service even when they are busy and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Susquehanna bank previously had 2 banks in Elizabethtown. Staffing was available and friendly. Since BB&T has bought out Susquehanna, they have closed one branch. When I inquired why, I was told they weren't busy, and that this will allow better service in the downtown brance. LIES!! Just tried depositing a check today, and there were 5 people waiting and 2 people assisting customers. This is not the first occasion of sub-performance. My recommendation, look for a better bank.

If it was not for the headache of switching all my automatic monthly withdraws and direct deposit , I would be using a different bank They do nothing for me at bbt
