My account was totally messed up by an employee named Diego. The employee was let go and my account fixed promptly! Great management, and service team! I will take note of reviews on Google from now on, as I've noticed that same employee has left bad reviews for this branch in anger over being let go.

I just want to say horrible ...august 6 , 7. Service slow and ATM not working closed on Sat and Sun ATM. Not working seen 25 people from 8 am to 10 am on Sat go to ATM no luck .if this bank cared they would have fixed ATM on Thursday . plus parking horrible . I feel sorry for people needing money from there bank and no luck getting it.. I love my bank ...i never have a issue ...

This is absolutely the worst bank for customer service I sat there for 2.5 hrs 09/14/18 after 8:am waiting to open an account, one worker which I assumed is probably the supervisor, told me I had an half hour wait then she left and afterwards the other workers totally ignored me til After 10am even when the bank was empty no one addressed me. I had to call my husband to come and stay with me probably they'll look at me ( since he is white I was assuming) and no time after he came Angela the representative came and open our account. Totally absurd people came in to customer service and got thru and left me sitting there. I only endured that because bb&t is the only bank closest to our new town we planning on moving to. No offence but that kinda attitude put us nowhere! It's modern days now people, get with the flow or don't attempt to serve the public if you're going to be prejudiced.

worst banking experience. VERY RUDE CASHIER ROLLING HER EYES TO CUSTOMERS AND VERY UNHELPFUL. ILL CLOSE ALL MY ACCOUNTS WITH THAT BANK.

Hours say they open at 8am, but they don't actually open until 9am.

Had a bad experience with my checking account there. Didn't receive good customer service either. They wanted to charge to cash a check on their bank from a business account just because I closed my account there. Would never do business with them again. I've never heard of charging someone to cash a check written on their bank just because I didn't have an account. I use to work at a bank and we always cashed checks written on that bank whether that person had an account there or not.

Since the "merge" now it takes forever to deposit a check then it takes 2 days..You also have deposit days so no deposits on Wednesday.. Deposit Friday you dont see it until Tuesday...Deposit Tuesday you dont see it until Thursday most likely Friday...What an absolute crock....Horrible service, changing banks

Horrible costumer service, they handled my debit card to other consumer and made $5000 of that guy who had my card to completely different account

Great experience. The clerk that helped us was very cordial and pleasant.
