Rosemary is wonderful. She has helped me with all of my banking needs. She helped us recently with notarizing a ton of closing docs and faxed them for us. Did it all with a smile. Very professional. She really goes above and beyond.

I receive a warm, personalized hello every time I come through the drive thru. The ladies know where I work and ask me about it each time, they say hello to our children and they notice when I purchase a new car, or even when I have a new hairstyle. Love the hometown atmosphere of this branch!

Theresa was super nice and helpful. When I came it was slower so I was helped right away. She handled my questions and made the changes that I needed made while listening to me and allowing me to explain what was going on.

Go to the 411 branch. The lady who "helped" the time i came here was rude and slow. Im still sitting in their drive through after 40 minutes to cash a check written to me from another member of suntrust. This woman was also incredibly rude to an employee who also had the pleasure of trying to cash a check with her. I refuse to ever bank here again as long as this woman is working here. I pay suntrust to handle payroll, And for this woman to treat my employee with such disrespect should not happen.

Worst customer service ever! 1. I was on vacation and my card was turned off. Long story short, all cards were shut down and replacement cards were sent out with the chip in place. Not cool. No money, on vacation and stranded over the weekend. Probably smarter to shut cards down on a week day instead of a weekend SUNTRUST. 2. Buying a house- I needed my bank statements sent to my lender. Suntrust will make you jump through hoops if you want them to help you with this. I told them I would even sign an authorization of release and send to them so it could be done since I work for a living between 8am and 6pm. Punish the people who actually work. Makes sense. 3. My fiance needed to DEPOSIT money into my account as he has done in the past. Maybe 3 times over the course of 1 year. Even though he didn't ask for info regarding my account and only needed to deposit money into my account, the csr told him he could not. MY bank would rather me go into the negative and spend more time trying to figure out how they can get around doing their job than actually helping a customer and thanking us for our business. When I asked to speak to the branch manager, she told me this was policy. So he couldn't use my drivers license or my debit card he carried with him, he HAD to have my account number in order for them to take his money to deposit it. Seriously!?! DO NOT WORK WITH THIS BANK. I HAVE BEEN HERE SINCE I WAS 18 AND NOW 30. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ONLY GETTING WORSE. NOT ONLY CAN YOU NOT GET AN AMERICAN WHEN YOU CALL, THEY WON'T TAKE YOUR MONEY SO YOU HAVE TO GO INTO THE NEGATIVE AND PAY NSF FEES.

This is a great bank to bank at they have great hours and excellent drive-thru service be careful about using the ATM machine it kindly slightly sucks it will take your debit card and not give it back and the cash that you asked for it will not give it to you so therefore you're out the cash and your debit card to the bank reopens if it happens to be closed otherwise the little teacup with the ATM is the only fault that this place has excellent managers excellent professional staffing
