The merger of Sun Trust into BB&T is shockingly not functional. These days it's almost impossible to find a branch at which a Sun Trust customer can make an ATM deposit after hours. The awkwardness of staff when a Sun Trust client enters a BB&T branch to do business as they have been told they can do is sad if not irritating. From my observation, good old Sun Trust is being consumed by a distracted BB&T monster called Truist, which is ironic because the new name is obviously based on "trust," and that's one thing I've lost when it comes to this combination.

Incredibly slow bank. The lines do not move inside

I LOVE suntrust, but this one is always having issues with their system. Waiting lines take an extremely long time inside, average of 30 minute wait. The drive through also takes 10-15 minutes. I would reccomend going to another Suntrust branch instead.

Atm does not Work. Does not Accept Deposits. This has been an on Going problem. Should not be this way During a global pandemic. Have had this Atm problem since Last year!

I won't be doing business here any longer due to the anti-gun sign in the window. Apparently they're asking to be robbed.

Haven't had the opportunity to try the ATMs or the drive through, but everytime I visit this SunTrust branch, the personnel have been always courteous and friendly.

Five stars bank , great service from all bankers tellers and manager, highly recommend this branch , specially Mr Boris he’s just great at his job , helped me a lot during my house purchasing and I can’t wait thank him enough for his service Coming back to open my business account ( from Capital one down the road ) to this branch Once again thank you all
