Truist S Dixie Hwy, Cutler Bay

Terrible bank. I moved to cutler bay a year ago. This is my closest bank. And it's the worst . :( the drive thru is open, but no one comes to the window. They have wasted so much of my time. I cannot understand how this would be considered good customer service. They make transaction errors frequently. Sabrina and Leslie have helped me. And been nice. Obviously staffing is the issue. Please help this bank and its customers.

Pretty ghetto bank. ATM was broken. Can’t understand anyone through the speaker at the drive thru (see pics). 2 lanes were broken down too. Customer service was ok in person, but over the phone on the corporate number, they’re horrible. I’m changing banks.

Great place for banking, very friendly environment

For my very bad experience, I asked the government for a loan, they gave me the money and they did not know or explain what I had to do; of questions and made me feel like a criminal I felt discriminated I don't know if it was because I didn't speak English. They put my account in investigation I could not pay my debts and that was not explained to me there is .tube to call customer service and that was where they gave me the explanation

Not very good. Bad location (area is pretty unsafe, just today there was a drive-by shooting in front of it), unsafe, the drive thru ATM is always broken (not to mention the fear of being robbed in that dark dangerous back of the bank). Good customer service, old building though. The one on Old Cutler Rd & 168 St is much better.

The worst! The drive-thru is always closed! The ATM never works or is always having some type of an issue. Slow service. Expect being there for a while.

I spent half an hour waiting for someone to attend me and nobody came out, I called on the phone and nobody answered, but the strange thing is that everything looked normal...

Very bad customer service are rude ... you do not feel like having accounts with them especially in this bank ... because I have visited others and nothing to do with this staff I have been twice in manager is not ... They were wrong in a warehouse and they treated me very badly after the mistake was theirs ..., as if the mistake were ours without words they are very unpleasant ... oh and because I did not speak in English I felt that they were very upset
