I am/was a Suntrust/Truist customer. I have been trying for 2 days to get in touch with someone from this branch. I have called a total of 18 times only to receive the answer machine. The customer service lady even called and got the machine. She stated that she skyped him my information and I have still not received a call back. This is ridiculous. I am missing Suntrust customer service already.

I went in to open up an account with Suntrust today. It was clean, and the staff was nice I was seen by Dianne Peterson. She was very informative about the benefits of what Suntrust offers, the overdraft fees, and the mobile deposit. Great service!

Ms Dianne is a sweetheart. I remember her from the location on Lamar and she remembered me. And she was so professional and polite.

Every time I visit, this is the worst banking experience. The staff is lazy & entitled. Spend more time conversing with themselves than with their customers. They prefer to tell you why the can't (read: won't) do their jobs rather than just doing their jobs. Whatever happened to good service? Oh wait... for good SunTrust service, please visit the location on Poplar near Highland or the location on Summer near White Station. They know how to treat regular, high-yielding customers. This location on Union is a train wreck. Regional management should seriously consider retraining or doing a major firing & hiring, promptly.

Terrible customer service. Probably the worse branch in Memphis. The branch manager just glared with a blank face. Had bad service with every level of this bank. -5*

Love this branch and Anthony is amazing . He is always helpful and I think everyone at this branch is fabulous .
