Terrible....my mother is a beneficiary on my bank account in case I die, she can access my accounts. My mom has accounts (Plural) as well with SunTrust. She goes in to close her account 6 months ago...they closed my account and gave her all of my money. Then my mom had to go back to the bank, write a check and have the money put back into my account. It just HAPPENED AGAIN!! Not once....twice. In addition to this, there have been times my mom has gone to the bank to withdraw money and they withdrew money from my bank account. I'm completely disgusted with the incompetence of money handling and lack of attention to detail by this bank! Now my account will stay closed and I'll have my mother send me the money on the side.

Watch your deposits in the atm. I tried 3 different times and it kept saying it was $20 less than I gave it. But would give me back the full amount. I almost confirmed a deposit that was fn short.

The teller messed up my transactions 3 times. After getting my receipt which was only for one transaction I turned around and went back to the same teller asking where was the other amount that I gave her in cash to record. She sad oh yeah you gave me cash in Addition to two checks. “YES, I did,” Okay, I’m thinking she got it right but when I got home and looked at my account she had deleted the amount for the 2 checks I gave her. Hence, I spent 1 hour and 50 minutes with SunTrust on their 800# and Countryside branch before this error was corrected. Check your receipts and account right away people. Not happy that this teller screwed up big time at my expense.

People at bank very nice and helpful. Automated system stinks! Very slow. There credit card department is HORRIBLE! Going for a 4th time to bank to send POA papers to them! 3 1/2 weeks later they still say they don't have them. Twice I watched banker at branch send and still they say they do not have!!!

It’s absolutely ridiculous how long people have to wait for simple transactions, they usually only have one teller to deal with the drive-through as well as the counter

I live 2 minutes away from this bank and I'll still go completely out of my way to avoid it.. The worst customer service I've ever experienced from people who are supposed to be professional and helpful...

Can never get anyone to help me over the phone. I regret starting my credit card journey here

Hardly a 1 star... very unprofessional, rude eye contact, had problems with my pin and initially they wanted to take my card away from me cause I didn’t have my I.d on me but yet they have my SSN my address and all my info, as I mentioned... so ofcourse they found a way (common sense) ridiculous...this happened before at the McMullen branch, I had no id and there was no problamo, you people truly need to wake up and stop acting like robots. Be there for humanity, cause we can tell you lost your sanity.... wake up. And take it easy. Waited for way too long just to receive a new dang PIN number. Hope you guys learned from that and life will be a lot more stress free if you take care of busy directly and correctly. You’d get a D in school in comparison to your customer service, need people there who actually can get things done and care fore humanity and not just be there for the mulah. Straighten up !! We are the people and we deserve better !!!

Thieves! They need a class action lawsuit brought against them for rearranging debits, so they can steal money!! Crooks Crooks Crooks!!! Oh and at this location, their banker John Lein (spelling?) Informed me that "they have a revolving door of customers." Basically if you close your account, they don't need you, and they don't care!

I dont enjoy coming to this branch. They have a young teller that is so damn snobby and thinks she knows everything. I wont come back to this branch again.
