I went inside to get serviced. The first female teller didn’t welcome me or excuse herself to go service the window. The other female teller who did eventually assist me, greeted me by saying, “You wanna come up here?!”. I guess I didn’t deserve “Hello, how may I help you?” I guess the frumpy looks comes with a frumpy attitude!

As a small business owner, I have had my fair share of visits to this branch and all of the staff has always gone out of their way to attend to my needs

Never had a problem here. Love Eduardo, always willing to help. He's even called to see how I was and to touch bases.

Drive through atm went completely out.My money never came out & my account showed the withdrawal was completed.I called the manager Ed about the situation and Unfortunately he was so rude an sound very irritated instead of helping or trying to do his job.I will never come there or to this company again.👎🏻

I don’t normally post reviews like this but I really wanted it to be known how grateful I am for the outstanding work that Mrs. Fisher did for me! She was absolutely pleasant to work with from the moment she picked up the phone until the very end! She really made sure to provide the best service possible all while having the best attitude. I 1000% recommend working with her with any of your banking needs. I can assure you, she will not disappoint!

This BB&T location on Northwoods Boulevard in North Charleston is a really good BB&T branch that works very well for all of your banking needs big and small. I have been consistently impressed with their level of customer service and they work hard to make sure that you have everything that you need. This branch is very well managed and it is a pleasure to bank here.

Appallingly awful branch service in the Rivers Ave, North Charleston location. Stood for several minutes while three tellers busied themselves behind the counter never making eye contact or acknowledging me. It was mid-morning - certainly not end of day counting or close out so no reason to ignore me. Sadly none of the manager offices were occupied, otherwise I'd have voiced my concerns to management who might have cared; finally walked out without service and looking into other bank options.

EXTREMELY shady gave me a RECEIPT saying I deposited a check the next day they decided we didn’t give the check to them even thou I have the RECEIPT they say the the teller must have assumed the check was there are you kidding me?
