A bad start for the transition to Truist. Tried to call to get an answer to a simple question, but they don't answer their phone. Made an appointment for a callback the following day. They sent me two emails confirming the appointment and reminding me to expect their call. They never called. POOR service.

Unacceptable and unprofessional to have an ATM that cannot accept deposits for the bank that it is advertising

Second location that is closed and still listed as an open location.

Really helpful professional staff who helped me deal with financial questions in depth at an understandable level
