This branch is AMAZING!!!!! I came in at the end of the day with a CRISIS created by Wells Fargo and an inaccurate payoff amount for the closing on our home that we sold earlier in the morning. Aaron and his team were so understanding and stayed late to help resolve an issue that was created by a different bank. We have been LONG time customers of Suntrust and will remain because of the great customer service this team displays. Their kindness, professionalism, and understanding during this stressful situation will always be remembered and appreciated.

Good location but I absolutely hate this bank! They charge so many different fees. I was out of state, in Texas, for a month so there wasn't a Sun Trust ATM and they charged $3 for using a non SunTrust atm on top of the ATM $2.50-3.95 fee. And don't overdraft they charge $36 for an overdraft plus an extended overdraft fee if 7 days overdrawn! I am currently looking for a credit union because I never thought a Big Bank wasn't worldwide.

The person I eventually spoke to about a problem was cordial and said someone would contact me to resolve the issue. They have not for three months, but they have charged more fees. Bad bank. Stay away.

SLOW AS HELL. NOT ACCEPTING ANYMORE CUSTOMER CHECKS FROM SUNTRUST

I like banking with suntrust but the employees never get my check right. I pay rent and they deposit my rent check bank into my account..... Like wth now i have to wait to call to fix all the confusion. I been paying rent every month for a year shouldn't my bank know me already to know what to do already without messing up over and over

So frustrated with this location. I usually go to the Hillcrest branch and always receive better, faster, more pleasant service. This was the third consecutive time in roughly 6 weeks that the ATM was out of order or being serviced when I attempted to use it. When I went inside, the atmosphere was from the early 90's with cheap white surfaces, and dull, almost gray, fluorescent light bulbs. Not a single smile to be seen on the employee's faces either. The male banker on duty was wearing an untucked, casual shirt and was talking loudly on his office phone about how "we've just had some large cash withdrawals this weekend and we're getting short on cash" and then apologized for not being able to immediately complete the requested transaction. As someone standing in line for a teller, THIS IS NOT WHAT I WANT TO HEAR. 1) Your bank is low on cash? 2) Why are you discussing financial transactions of others loudly enough for me to hear you?!?! Will not be back.

Why would the bank Drive thru be closed and doors locked at 3pm? You drive 15 minutes and find out the bank is closed during regular business hours with staff inside.
