At what time does customer service end? Yes I did ask that. Tellers walking out at 4 not answering questions... Horrible service

I switched to this branch after BB&T closed the branch in Country Walk. In Country Walk, Eduardo and Hilda were amazing and always provided friendly, professional, personal customer service. The only reason I chose this branch after Country Walk closed was because Eduardo was transferred here. He continues to deliver excellent service beyond the call of duty and he is a tremendous ambassador for BB&T and an asset to the Branch.

This BB&T bank is adapted to the Kendall family with children and children ... I enjoyed coming and seeing that they want to distract and take care of the children while the parents do errands with their trusted banker ...

This was my first time coming to this specific BB&T location and the customer service was beyond my expectations. Josh is absolutely amazing and kind. Alex who is the manager is superb and truly cares about his clients ! Thank you for all your help today. Will be visiting this location more often, it's also next door to Starbucks so you really can't go wrong.
