Truist Clyde Morris Blvd, Port Orange

Unhappy with SunTrust. On 02/16/2022 I went to Port Orange from New Smyrna Beach to get cash and none of their ATMs we're working. Then on the 18th won't be able to do any transactions. I think it is time to change to a Credit Union where I will get more benefits.

I recommend this branch, times a billion! The representatives were all very attentive and extremely helpful, and while in the midst of being very very busy! I will drive out of my way every time I need to do banking just to enjoy the service at this branch... Thank you all so much!! You are the epitome of what wonderful customer service is all about!!

Worst bank ever they gave my $500 in the drive thru to another customer including my license they are rude as can be and Anne Maria has no customer service skills after I called about my money and drivers license being given to a different customer in the drive thru I didn't even get an apology im just lucky I look in the envelope cause my girlfriend has deposited money on a few occasions and they don't know how to count she got a deposit receipt for $900 when she gave them $4,000 they are complete morrons at this branch

Always short staffed. Especially on the busiest days. Absolutely ridiculous that every time I wait forever in the drive thru. Hire more people, asap.

We used the drive through to do a business transaction , and we were treated disrespectfully , ridiculed and mocked . We were under a time frame to do our transaction and received absolutely NO beneficial help at all . Our time was totally wasted and we were dealt with in a most unprofessional manner. Having banked at this location for several years and with several accounts with this branch , I failed to understand what we did wrong to warrant such moronic treatment . Will seriously be making a change in banking if I don’t hear from a branch or general manager . My wife and I are absolutely livid over the lack of professionalism we had to endure from the staff of this branch .

I miss this bank all the other suck. Reopen this please

Some visits are better than others. They have had some personnel changes due to retirements and branch closings that have proven so far to be detrimental to the normal level of service we have received for over a decade. A year ago we would have given 5 stars.

Soooo slow!! Friendly but slow! Definitely don’t come here if you are in a hurry! You’ll spend 10 minutes MINIMUM just to cash a check

This branch has recently closed and is no longer operational. Closest Trust branch is on Taylor Road just west of The Pavilion.
