Truist E Silver Springs Blvd, Ocala

Unfortunately, they shut down the one in downtown Ocala, so I am stuck dealing with this one. Most of the staff are decent; however, there are a couple of bad apples that just make the experience of going to this branch not appealing at all. There is a reason why there are so many negative reviews of this Branch. I guess I will have to drive the extra distance to the one on 200.

Not friendly at all. Walking into the lobby gives a negative vibe, there was no greeting from the teller, did not make eye contact and had a slight attitude. Highly recommend retraining on what customer service is all about, especially working in a professional environment.

Since everyone is giving bad reviews, how about a Good Review with a splash of Truth? I've lived in this area almost 2 years, and have used this Branch since I first moved here. Yes, I will agree that sometimes the lines and waiting are long, but what do ya really expect?; it's a Bank, not a Dash In Dash Out Dinner. Heck even Fast Food isn't fast . The employees are quite nice and polite, and they apologize when they get backed up, and they do their best to treat each customer with respect and give speedy service, BUT sometimes this is just not possible (depending on the customer's situation). And just for the Record: if someone always seems to think that this Branch is too busy and waiting is too long; well Cracker Jack, how about ya do a little research and Google the times of the day that aren't so busy?, and go then; I mean you're probably always on ur phone surfing somewhere anyways, so why not waste a couple more productive minutes and check?? The world has just gotten in a Big Flipping hurry, and people forget to stop and "Smell The Roses" & take in the Beauty of Life and their surroundings. I myself don't mind waiting in the Lines at this Branch.

Wait times are very long in drive thru. I only have my car payment through them but it seems like even when I bring my payment coupon and have everything filled out it takes them 30 minutes to complete

No tellers in the lobby and crazy wait time in the drive thru. What is happening?

A lot of problems at first. Now they are moving right along.. bought some stock in the bank, I think they will become a great company, watch them

I walked in on a Saturday just to change my pin on my atm card and the lady told me that she can't help me because the machine to change your pin in in lock in key and she doesn't have the key 😲 I asked for a Manager or assistant manager and there was not one 3 👎👎👎on silver spring Blvd in Ocala FL

Ridiculous wait times at the drive thru and inside the bank. I have never seen more than one teller working inside the bank. Worst customer service I have experienced at any Suntrust branch. The branch on 17th is much more expedient.

Ever heard of a bank that doesn’t allow you to deposit cash in someone’s account if you don’t have an account with that bank? They said I could use a money order which would cost an additional five dollars. Ridiculous!
