Deposited a check a few nights ago in the drive threw the teller put a hold on check(not policy nor did she tell me all the details) and gave me a few hundred out my checking account(I’m thinking she cashed my check) not my check I just deposited then she went on to say my account was negative repeatedly which was false because I just deposited almost 4k over the last 3 weeks. Not only did they lie to me, they embarrassed me in front of my coworker and fiancé. I Called to see if there’s anything that could be done and I get the run around and basically they say it’s my fault. As an small business owner I can tell you they don’t value your relationship nor your business. I’m scared to deposit any more checks into the account. I plan to close accounts and go to a different bank. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BBT ON BELT BLVD. Ask for Jordain (guy with dreads)! He’s the best thing there and he needs to go somewhere better!

I was racially profiled at this location today by the assistant manager I had a check from my job that wasn’t wrote out to them that I wanted to deposit and the lady looked at me and looked at the check and told me she can’t deposit my check. Really???? I have been had this account over two years and this has never happened. Then I go to the branch on parham road and the deposit it with no problem. I called 12 on your side I work hard every day for my money and I was treated like trash

Today I met the most professional Branch Banker that I have ever encountered. Ms. Latesha Wright made my banking experience so pleasurable and streamline that I had to get on Google and recommend her and this particular branch to anyone banking with BB&T in the metropolitan area. Thank you so much Ms. Wright for all your help.

Terrible service. Ridiculous wait lines. Waited in line just to get something notarized, just to be told there was no one working at that location that knew how to to notarize. Biggest waste of time, would highly recommend to stay away from to save your time. Would rate negative rating, if possible.

Not gonna say anything just horrible

Waited 2 months for a secured credit card that was never officially processed ... also opened two accounts where one was NOT able to Offer overdraft protection for the other. None of these tellers/bankers are on the same page EVER!! Got 9 different answers about things from 5 people who are supposed to offer products and services that BENEFIT THE CLIENT!

This company charged me $36.00 for a .07, .17 and .01 verification via PayPal and Coinbase for each transaction. The small deposits were made to verify I was the account holder. When the deposits were removed BB&T charged me for each transaction causing a massive overdrawn balance. In addition please note this is a new account established in May 2019. While there was an issue with the transfer of a direct deposit via my employer which cause 2 36.00 fees from auto ach’s I set up, this error and extended overdraft fees have caused be to now have a balance of 250.00! I just spoke with one of the nastiest, most unprofessional managers on belt blvd that I have ever met in my life! Rude, condescending and unwilling to help at all!! I will not be giving them a dime!

if I could get this place zero Stars it will have a zero today I'm not even a member of BB&t I was going for someone else doing a favor only to arrive at the belt boulevard location to a sign in the Drive-Thru window stating sorry for the inconvenience that their drive-thru is currently closed and you have to go to the one on Midlothian if I wanted to go to the one on Midlothian that would have been my first choice however this was the closest one to the location and which I was leaving from so zero stars from me I remember when this place was first Virginia bank and they were the most professional place ever to want to bank but now I can't say such

I’ve been dealing with this location for over a decade but I’ve never seen a manager that is more professional and helpful like Ms Stella Holmes she makes sure you get taking care of asap...👍
