Truist Hwy, Calhoun

I’m not sure what direction this bank is going with the merger to Truist but the customer service sucks. I have been trying to get a live person on the phone for a week. I have called the branch here in my town and I have even called the 1- 800 number and still get a voicemail and no calls back. When it comes down to my banking needs I don’t want a voicemail I want someone to talk to me and get my issue resolved. I have 2 accounts with Truist and I’m kinda regretting doing business with them.

I understand this bank is trying to keep people safe from covid 19 but it does not need to shut the lobby if people are wearing masks and if you make an appointment. I can’t even go in to discuss a loan. They want you to do in through a drive thru 🙄. I’m thinking about switching banks. This is completely crazy and unnecessary.

One of the commercial tellers insulted our business right through the speaker in the drive up lane! She called our new office rude and unprofessional and we have not even opened yet! She was upset that we did not hire one of her friends. Talk about extremely poor customer service.

I hate BB&T worst bank I've been with. Keeps on charging me over draft fees when I have money in the bank. But does have very friendly service

Excellent place and service, if offer the easier way to use web site, I have my checking account since 7 wonderful years 🤗

Went in today to get some business taking care of and Tice painter took care of everything for me.and then as I was about to leave I mentioned a little situation I had with merchant services and Christie Brown and Laura Braddy overheard and took care of that as well.im not going to sit here and say I'm a big fan of bb&t as a whole but this particular branch has some awesome people that really take the time with their customers.me and my wife's personal favorite is Denise lockhart she has always took care of us. Thanks bb&t staff.

I should even give these ppl a star they keep over drafting me all the time won't help to stop a fraud that kept going on and I say I just want it to stop and they got a attitude that I'm not happy with so in done with them going to another one

They have always treated me good we have been using there services many years

Very friendly staff and good customer service but this location has the worst designed parking lot out of any business I've ever been to in my entire life
