Most banks when depositing a check it post to your account immediately. Sun trust have to wait till next day. Glad I didn't have a bill due today.

So you can’t do what you want with your money here! If you have a business account used for business expenses and that’s how you keep track of your monies for tax filing purposes why would you tell me that I need a personal account for paying bills... this place is outdated and yes per suggestion of the rude bank employee I will make my way to Wells Fargo.

I hate BB&T so bad. I log in first time ever online and all of a sudden I've been magically signed up for paperless statements. I didn't get my mail statement so they didn't get paid and I get a statement in the mail for my overdue account! I called up and the customer service rep knew immediately exactly what happened. Shady digital banking practices. And I had a late fee. This is the reason I don't have checking with BB&T and only keeping the credit card until I have enough rewards to redeem and then I AM DONE. Bye BB&T!

Cody was fantastic to work with, got us in and out quickly and took care of some issues that another location was unable to do. Can't recommend it enough and it doesn't seem crazy busy.

Worthless and uneducated... Not all of them have used this location before with not problems but the last two times I have been here the two at the front desk have been very unhelpful... Thanks to Sonya who actually help get the situation resolved

Called ahead to make sure that they were able to help me and drove over during my lunch. When I got there the only people who could help me had left for lunch. The people who were there were unhelpful and unapologetic. Not my favorite bbt experience....

I would suggest using a bank that can be a little more responsible with your money. This branch got very confused with what it would take to close an overdraft account which ended up with 3 extra branch visits, 2 hours on the phone, and then in the end they charged me a late fee and wouldn’t remove it though it was their mistake in the first place and several BB&T reps on the phone said it should be removed. Overall I wouldn’t recommend banking with BB&T.

The WORST customer service from the BBT manager. Argumentative, aggressive, derogatory- she should NOT be in a customer service industry at all. Horrible. BBT should be embarrassed to out her in front of people

Love this place. All the staffs are very professional and hard workers. I been banking BB&T since 2014 and I am very pleased. They gives the best interest rate.

Called to see if they had a notary in today. Michael was very helpful.
