This is the slowest and most underemployed bank. Waiting in line 15 minutes for a deposit. Lines have been backed up all morning. They need to hire more people

Monday my Son went to the SunTrust bank on Zebulon Road in Macon Georgia to cash his paycheck but was unsuccessful. He approached the teller and let her know he didn't have an account there but his job uses their bank so naturally you would be able to cash your check right but it didn't happen. The teller looked at my Son and immediately decided she was going to cash his paycheck. She informed him that he needed two Id's cash it not one. She proceeded to tell him he needed his driver's license and his green card. My son was born and raised here just like me. I'm white and his father is Hispanic so she took upon herself to label him. She told him that he can get his manager to come cash his paycheck but she was not under any circumstances going to cash it for him nor give him the money even if his manager came to cash it. She would cash for the manager and then he could give my Son his money because she was not going to put any money in my Son's hand at all. Is it normal for your tellers to discriminate against people and label them because of their looks? I will never use your bank nor will my family.

If I could give negative stars it would be a more accurate review. Recently had to wait over 30 minutes to make a business deposit and a small change order. Whoever is higher up and decided to close all but two Macon locations on saturdays needs to be fired. If you close multiple locations on the same day, maybe have more than 2 employees working at the stores that are open. Also recently found out this “bank” doesn’t count(considering that’s what they are paid to do) any of the rolls of coins people bring in themselves. So with that being said be prepared to bring the rolls of coins back and waste time and gas to get the money you paid them for that they are openly and willing stealing from you. I’m glad I have my personal bank account with RFCU and not suntrust. WHAT A JOKE OF A BANK!

Service is way to slow. Business owners cannot deposit money during their business hours, except during lunch or they have to go on Saturday. Suntrust understaffs, so it's 30-hour in line just to give them money.

Absolutely the lowest,of the low, having to steal 7$ at a time from the customers. If that is the best tactic you can come up with, it is embarrassing and a disgrace..

Absolutely thee worst branch! They have no idea what they are doing there especially the bankers, I’ve been running around for three days chasing after my money this is insane the worst experience I’ve ever had at any bank!

One star is even too much. There are maybe 2 people at this bank that are decent acting towards you and not horribly, flat our rude. Thank God Robins is actually my bank and that I do the majority of my business with them!! If you want good customer service, go to Robins Financial Credit Union! SunTrust steals $7 out of every check and it sure doesn't pay for customer service training!!

This Sun Trust has the rudest drive thru service. It's already a shame that you have to talk to some one over a screen, but then for some of them to charge me $7 to cash a check and tell me I have to come in if I don't have an account and then some not to charge me and tell me that is ridiculous. Then after they cash it and send my money back to me through the drive thru I don't even get a thank you or a have a nice day, just a blank screen.

I cannot get anyone to answer or call me back! They made an error on our account!

Do not use Suntrust mortgage! They are the epitome of crooked banking. All "smoke and mirrors" until they get your money. DON'T USE SUNTRUST MORTGAGE!
