Truist E Tarpon Ave, Tarpon Springs

This is by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with! No one ones what their doing and the ones that do have to help the ones that don't! Sitting in the drive thru for 40 minutes and still waiting is unacceptable. Four people have come to help and still no progress has been made. What a joke of a place.

This bank is ridiculous. Waited for 40 minutes in the drive through just for a deposit. They have no one inside the bank for you to talk to. I would rather drive 30 minutes out of my way than go to this bank. Unprofessional, disorganized, and rude employees.

Slowest tellers. Even with enough staff, they move slow or don't understand after countless times repeating. Only use the ATM or be prepared to sit an average of 30mins. I wish the other location around me had more teller hours.

45 minute wait to pay my car payment and counting I sure am glad they closed the palm harbor branch.

Unfortunately I have had a very bad experience here. I was called a liar and treated like a criminal by the branch manager Lee. She is unprofessional, rude, has no sympathy for people, and is very fake, making backhanded comments. I do not understand how someone who has banked here for over 30 years (before it was even sun trust) can be treated like that, but my new bank seems to be pretty good.

Worst Truist Branch EVER!!!! Branch was empty when I went inside. Sat down waited for 15 minutes while staff spoke about their vacation calendar. I ended up walking out and going to a different branch to send my company wire. Really disappointed.

The staff just seem to be " winging it" since the turnover to Truist. They still don't have withdrawal slips, deposit slips. Its always the same two tellers who look overwhelmed and lost.

I HATE this bank. No one is able to answer questions about anything. They tell you to call the toll free number and they give you scripted answers I have multiple accounts and this is by far the worst bank I've ever dealt with. I will be canceling my account as soon as they give me the $200 that they owe me for setting up my account. Save yourself the hassle go to any bank but them

Because I am from abroad and I don’t know how things work here in America with banks these guys were kind and very helpful... also to withdraw money from the ATM they have the cheapest charging rate in the area... I am totally satisfied...

no news whatsoever on our ppp loans. branch manager has no info for us and does not even call us back. Been a long time costumer. Don't know one person from Sun-trust who has got their ppp loans, but my friends from Bank of America and Wells Fargo received theirs weeks ago My broth-in-laws bank manager went a step above and helped his business, where is our manager??? Can't even call me back. We are dying here!!!!
