WORST bank I have ever had the experience dealing with. They already stole 240 dollars from overdraft fees (from my debit card), didnt send the money to the service I was 'paying' and had to pay the service with another bank account. The first card which was supposed to be delivered in February arrived TODAY 4/19 and they tell me I can't use it anymore? And the solution they gave me after I complained? - "We can ask for a new card, and your temporary card will be deactivated while your new card arrives" Curse you Truist and whoever takes care of the logistics in this bank. You guys are lucky that international students don't have any other means to change for another bank since many don't have a SSN. -NOTE- If you are an international student, please make sure to talk it out and pressure them because they will do nothing to you, even when they fail time and time again. I'm sorry for whoever gets trapped with this bank. If you are american or have a SSN, just go to another bank. I can promisse you that the only thing they will give you is a headache. For whoever works in Truist and is reading my review, I get a nice treatment by the personal at this bank location but damn your bank sucks.

If you go to the branch itself, make sure you DO NOT GO to Jeanine! She's an older fat woman who has absolutely no clue as to how she's supposed to do her job. I had a problem with my FSUCard and had to get a completely new account. My rent payments as well as my parents are linked to this account, and I asked her MULTIPLE times to make sure to set it up as a joint account, as well as to make sure she left enough money in the old account to pay off my current rental payment. This incompetent idiot did neither. Honestly, I don't know how someone so stupid could have survived so long in this world when they lack basic listening skills and abilities to follow directions. I would say the only reason to ever have a suntrust account is if you receive financial aid, and that is the ONLY reason you should open an account with them. Other than that, I suggest opening an account with one of the local banks. They're 10x better than Suntrust because they don't charge monthly fees, and don't charge you for online banking like Suntrust. A good rule of thumb for any college students or anyone else, local is always better!

I love this branch. I have never had a bad experience and love the atmosphere, every one there is helpful and willing to go above and beyond. I also love that it's located in the heart of FSU!

Terrible customer service at this branch, actually laughed at my face when I didn't know how to do something.

Worst SunTrust branch. Student employees are not familiar with SunTrust procedures and are useless in solving simple problems. Always a line for the bankers. Bankers are slow to a point that it seems intentional. Do NOT go here. It has never taken less than an hour to do anything.

Terrible! I went there to activate my ATM card and a bank clerk didn't even ask for my ID, just activated it and gave me back the card. Asked to order checks as well, she didn't ask me how many I needed or told me how much the bank will charge me for it. Just ordered the minimum package. She was texting the whole time I was there and kept checking her cell phone while I was talking to her.
