Truist Greensboro Dr, Mclean

Truist is the worst bank I have ever had to deal with they don’t care about there customers! I have lost out on thousands dealing with this bad level of service I recommend everyone to leave this bank!

The branch manager is just unbelievably rude. He treats clients like thieves and fraudsters.

They lock their doors and sit inside goofing around during biz hours. Tells me I need an appointment when there's noone in the branch. On top of that they make closing accs difficult on purpose

Worst worst experience there. I went there to transfer money from one account to another one. I was referred to the branch chief. After spending 45 minutes there waiting she making calls to verify different things, I left the bank without getting my money transferred. I did the same thing in other branches and it took me less than 10 minutes. Never going back to this branch.

Please if you ever need to go to a bank... This isn't the one to go to. I went here to cash a check...and was denied after not wanting to open an account with them. I am a contractor and i have several accounts with other banks...but stopped here to cash a check drawn off this bank.... Went to the same bank somewhere else... And they cashed the check with no issue....

Terrible!!! They have no clue what they are doing and never call back? Worst bank in the area!

Always an excuse, system down , lunchtime, covid , employee sick, Very poorly managed... Anyone can manage this bank better, any random guy from a homeless shelter...

There's only one employee here who is allowed to close accounts. Not sure if they don't let other employees do it because they aren't competent/trusted/qualified, or they are intentionally making it difficult to close accounts in the hope you'll keep using SunTrust.

About two weeks ago while visiting my daughter in Virginia, we stopped by the Leesburg Pike Suntrust to help straighten out some issues with her checking account and to re-issue a debit card that was mailed to the wrong address. After cashing a check, we had the pleasure of meeting Stephen Shuttlesworth. He handled everything that we needed and then some. He is definitely the most helpful and pleasant banking associate I have ever worked with. Thanks, Stephen
