Truist N Berkeley Blvd, Goldsboro

I went to the Berkeley Blvd branch and was told by the drive thru teller that I had to come inside for a cashier’s check because it was Saturday. So after waiting in the drive thru I then had to go inside and get at the back of the line and wait again. The “Care” in the service is absent. I told the teller I had 2 small children with me. She didn’t attempt to care and just sent my bank card and ID back to me. I have been banking with this bank for many years but this really made me want to change banks. It was only one transaction. I really didn’t want to take me 4 and 5 yr old inside.

The new Truist (BB&T + SunTrust banks) is "proudly" closing over 800 branches to pay for their misguided merger. Guess what? They are not spending money to improve or enlarge the remaining branches. This location is way overcrowded and the ATM is down every day. As for me ... I am going, going, gone!

Terrible service they lied directly to my face and said I was not in line before closing when people were in front of me. I was the last person in line and they rudely closed. Would never come again

My Dad wen't to go change his check and he was missing $400, the lady didn't wan't to give him his money because they supposably gave him all the money when in fact they didn't.

Been sitting in the driver through area for 15 minutes and no has yet to even look out and i even sent my check through the tube to them🤷🏻‍♂️

The lines are always horrible, and takes forever to do a simple transaction/deposit. The last time I made a deposit, the girl who was helping me threw away my paycheck and then lied and said “she never saw a check”. Thankfully the branch manager took care of it, and hopefully the girl at the drive thru window learned her lesson. Improvements are definitely needed for this location.

Poor customer service!! They will not dig dip on finding out stuff for you or helping go to ash street the tellers there love their jobs!! I never do reviews but here we go poor service !

The line here was incredibly long and you have to wait forever just to make a simple deposit. The employees get incredibly rude with you. Bank somewhere else

This is the worst branch ever this is becoming the worst bank that I have dealt with ever I informed the bank manager that I deposited a check that would clear because I need to pay bills and they don’t want to do anything call the 1 800 number and they say they can’t do anything why is it that a bank can tell you what you could do with your money NOT COOL think about getting another bank

The lady there today was so dismissive and rude! Don’t get car loans from this place !
