ATM was down so I used the drive up teller area. Was told that the bank cant count money and refuses to he responsible for miscounting. I'm shocked at the level of incompetence of a financial institute. Reccomed to avoid this location, other locations are able to count.

Does NOT look out for the customer!! When a fraudulent transaction was made on my acct it caused several overdraft fees and while the hold was finally taken off on the fraudulent charge 3 days later, I was told the overdraft charges wouldn't come off my acct for 3 to 5 days! Why should I have to wait for charges THEY put on my acct for something I had nothing to do with??! They should have come off as soon as the fraudulent charge did. I went rounds with them for 3 days!! I'll def be finding another bank!!

The service my grandmother received today was horrible. We were at the atm for an hour, when she asked for coin covers she told her where she could buy some then when we asked how if she has any she said oh well I would have to look and the. Asked her which ones do you want after finally getting that right she left an reappeared 10 mins later and finally we able to leave

Never have more then one to two tellers every week it's always new tellers I used my whole lunch break standing inline !!!!

Their new lobby close policy is ridiculous! I waited for 20 minutes in the drive-through line to just get up to the speaker. And then another 30 minutes while they served just to people. If you’re going to have a drive-through you need to have all of the tellers open. There were only two of the four open. I closed out my account today and do not plan on returning!

I have been on hold for over an hour and half, for customer service and when I called the branch was told they could not help me.

4 months later there still one teller on a Friday a FRIDAY why is it so hard to schedule more people to work on busy days ?? Two months later its Friday and guess what out of 5 teller Windows thier is only one teller working the inside.
