I am leaving this review while I have been on hold for more than 30 minutes when just trying to reset my password. I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS BANK AND AM DOING THIS INSTEAD OF GOING OVER THERE TO BURN IT DOWN. (Note for law enforcement: will NOT be burning down bank)

Courtney is awesome. She took a complex situation that she didn't know the answer for and took the initiative in finding a solution.

Went in to wire a transfer, but called it a "cash transfer" to the teller. "Cash transfer?" ugh.... He was clueless... "Do you mean a wire transfer?" If that's what you call it. He directed us to suit/desk teller. We needed to wire money to France in order to pay a bill that was written in French. Even though all the information needed to transfer funds to the proper account was on the printed invoice, Ian Livingston could not (or did not bother) to assist in the transfer because "I don't know French". Numbers are not "French", and accounts are not "French". Incompetent and unhelpful. This is certainly a locals-only branch, because they know nothing of international transfers. He gave a list of required information: swift code, account holder, etc. and sent us on our way to do his job. EVERYTHING he needed was ON THE INVOICE. Unbelievable. There were a host of other problems, but you can find out for yourself if you bank with Suntrust.

De’Andre Byrd and Tyon Parker are the most efficient and professional employees! I needed a bank account last minute after my bank took two weeks to issue me a new debit card and then lost the one I waited for. Envision printed one that day! But these two employees made it happen! I was going out of town the next day and was already frustrated that I had to deal with getting a new bank and they made the experience amazing. Even though it was 5 minutes before 5 they showed me the same courtesy as someone walking in at 9am. I am so grateful to my new bank and can’t wait to work the amazing staff that they have.

Got personal attention from branch manager regarding options other than an auto loan for buying a car that was out of town. Fast, friendly service from a large bank. What a pleasant surprise!

Reasonably friendly inside though they do try an upsell you. However don't bother trying to get someone on the phone the system is a complete run around and three separate occasions I have called been placed on hold and then left indefinitely until I had to hang up
