Truist Valley Ave, Winchester

So besides bb&t just being not the best bank, this bb&t in particular has a woman that answers the phone that is rude and completely unhelpful. She will get an attitude with you for asking basic questions and flat out refuse to help you with even the most simple tasks. I've encountered this a couple times and so has my husband. Also the ATM never has cash in it and it doesn't let you make a deposit which is really frustrating.

Absolutely horrible! I opened an account because they offered a bonus. I thought that if they are better than my old bank, I will switch over to them completely. I called in a couple times and received terrible customer service. I was charged a maintenance fee which is waived when I fulfill certain requirements, which I did. So I had to call when they charged me the fee, only for them to realize that they are idiots and nobody had an idea why I was charged, but at least they refunded the money. When I initially opened my account it said that I can't close it within 90 days or I'll have to pay a $25 fee. So I waited those 90 days, which at the beginning of the month apparently changed to 180 days. The lady that I dealt with was extremely arrogant and rude. I refuse to pay the fee to close an account that is absolutely terrible so the account will be closed the day my 180 days are up!! Do NOT do your banking with BB&T. Especially not on Valley Ave!!

We've banked here for over 20 years and found them helpful, responsive, courteous and professional. Whenever we have had an issue or concern, they have handled it well.

I DONT LIKE ANYTHING ABOUT THIS BANK THIS IS THE WORST BANK THIS THIS IS THE WORST BANK ANYONE CAN DEAL WITH IM SURPRISED THEY ARE EVEN STILL OPEN BUT THEN AGAIN OF COURSE THEY ARE GONNA STAY OPEN BECAUSE THEY TAKE OTHER PEOPLES MONEY FOR NO REASON. I OPENED A ACCOUNT THERE ONLY DEPOSITED MONEY INTO IT THEN POOF IT WAS GONE HAVE NO CLUE WERE IT WENT .

Very nice bank. Just switched everything over to them.

Had 20 minutes left until closing time & didn’t want to see us. We got there 30 minutes before they closed and weren’t seen until 10 minutes after.. HORRIBLE service.

Tellers at this branch are extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Go above and beyond their job descriptions to assist with banking problem. Recommend highly to family and friends!

This is the one BB&T I can count on to be open on Saturday. I always come in right before they close (sorry), but they're always so kind and patient.

Horrible service, waited over an hour just to wait another 30 mins. Just wanted to close an account. Shameful. Would not recommend this location to any one.
