Truist Taylor Rd, Port Orange

I had a loan paid off 30 yrs ago. Went to sell my home the lien was still on it. I have now been working 3 months with letters from the bank showing paid 20 yrs ago. They can’t seem to resolve this knowing it is paid. Not sure I trust them with my money anymore. Sandy Fornshell

Always loved the tellers at this bank - The mortgage loan officer, Sandra, was HORRIBLE and answered every question I had with disdain (First time home buyer questions). Absolutely horrible and will not go through BB&T for my mortgage now. Seriously surprised they have her working for this bank as everyone else has always been super sweet..

The worst in customer service---To be given contradictory information by employees and treated like it's your problem, to be given the "it's not my job" line, and to be treated like you're an idiot. My late mother had an AIG annuity and the only contact information I have for it is that it was handled by this bank. The last transaction was when my brother cashed it out---at this bank. Other than that, I have been unable to get any further information about it, no 1099 has been received, and AIG just passes me from department to department on the phone. BB&T's helpful service? To give me the 800 number for AIG and whine at me that they can't do anything. They could CLOSE IT A FEW MONTHS AGO. And so my mother's estate remains in limbo---for this one 1099 for an account no one knows anything about.

Been doing business with this company for over 20 years not very happy with customer service nowadays they need to get it together before I take my business elsewhere I do most of my business with TD Bank now

Does corporate greed mean anything I am a disabled vet not disabled because of my service to this great country but these people still from you and they could care less don't use them it's a trap its corporate greed it's inhumane to even do business the way they do don't fall into it to trap it is corporate greed.

Before SunTrust merged with bb&t I would have put 5 stars but truist was feeing me for paper statements when no other bank does that if they don't fee me I would have stayed great costumer service overall

We forgot to send out our car payment before leaving for vacation so I called the branch and they called the loan officer and figured everything out for us while we were on or way to pay. All three ladies working at the time were talking to us. Great friendly people. Didn’t understand why it had a poor rating when we googled it. we had a very pleasant experience and recommend them.

We have had nothing but superlative service from the entire staff at BB&T on Taylor Road. They have repeatedly gone above and beyond, all the time, through every crisis. Cannot recommend this bank more highly.

Marquise Is the best team lead there is ! Always going out his way to make sure the truist community is being well taken care of.
